Chapter 21 - I'll Save Them

The robe Selena had given Dysabella last night was on her now. With her hair pushed back, the girl appears more attractive and presentable. She was currently with Granny Gin at the practice field. The worn stick had struck her so many times that she began to groan and cry. Why is that? Today Dysabella was instructed to summon water after being instructed to taste the water yesterday.

"I stated that I couldn't!" Dysabella yelled till an echo was created. She had grown weary of learning this lesson and was already crying.

"Weak base." Granny Gin shook her head. "The oldest blood shouldn't be like this."

"This is not how I wanted to be born!" She wiped her tears. "I'm over this already! I desire to lead a normal life and to—"

"You claim that life is normal throughout colonialism, right?" Gin groaned. "Kid, be mindful. Consider your parents, the future of the planet, and the future of all living beings. The news of the Rain Clan's appearance shocked the entire nation, and Dzkarda must be after you. We shall all perish if you are apprehended and killed. Consider everything, not just yourself."

She wiped her tears, Dysabella. remained mute.

"The lake that is located in the Fire Clan's domain has its water returned. They are treacherous, clever, self-centered, and ruthless." The tone of Granny Gin sounded wounded. "When they sell the lake's water amid a crisis, we are trying to fight for mankind. The Wind Clan and I are allies. Sadly, some of us were killed by the Wind Clan after they betrayed us and chose Fire Clan."

Gin looked dejected as Dysabella, who was shocked, turned to her. "How then?"

"We fell short. Selena's parents were among the many of our people who passed away." A tear was wiped from Granny Gin's eye. "...and my three kids. We war only to find the water."

The heart of Dysabella was moved. She was finally silenced. Doli, Yogo, and all the other nations have endured much too much suffering. Dysabella was aware of that, but she pretended not to know because of Granny Gin's strict upbringing as she shut her eyes. Above the dry spring and in front of the tall, dry gorge, the girl thought.

"Miss, you are our rescue."

Dyseballa glanced at Gin before shaking her head uneasily. "Don't say that again, please. I'm scared to let you down."

"If you do your hardest, even if you fail even once, you won't let us down. But If you give up before the battle, you will let us all down."

Dyseballa took a deep breath and turned to face Gin. Even though her cheeks were wet from crying, her gaze was suddenly filled with ambition and confidence. "Granny, help me. As I wait for my power to save the world, please assist me."

Dysabella had only seen Granny Gin's lips raise into a smile. "You'll return in the evening. I sincerely hope that you'll start to change when you go home, even if it's only a little."

They are restless and considering how to get away from Fiorenzo's evil scheme. Jonathan, Amely, and Kenzie were sitting in the kitchen. Tomorrow. All the girls between the ages of twenty and thirty and blue eyes girls will be picked up and executed precisely tomorrow for a crime they did not commit. However, Dysabella had to have been returning to Doli tonight.

Jonathan questioned, "Do you have a strategy, kid? Every girl in this country is at risk."

"Right," said Amely

Kenzie tapped the table with her finger. "Tomorrow morning they'll return. Too busy to write letters."

"Jo, how is it?" Amely took hold of Jonathan's arm. "Our daughter is at risk."

"Dysabella will be ok, I'm sure of it," Kenzie responded. When the man's expression is serious, his slanted eyes appear endearing. "I, Selena, and Alex can save her, as well as you guys. But I don't think the girls in this place can be saved. It will be increasingly difficult for us to escape if the more there are."

Jonathan snarled while putting his fingers over his face. So terrified at the thought of more lives having to be lost, more tears, and more screams of anguish.

Jonathan started trembling, "I, my wife, and my daughter will feel terrible for the rest of our lives if the girls don't survive. "After all, they did nothing wrong to deserve to die. I know lots of girls around here, and they're all really sweet."

"Right." Amelia concurred. "I am familiar with many of the girls here, like Tina, Marie, and Aida. Their safety is in jeopardy."

Kenzie groaned, went to the window, and prayed to the god for everyone's safety as he gazed at the night moon there. Just hope Dysabella, Selena and Alex arrive before daybreak.

"Hey, kid." With his eyes bloodshot from lack of sleep, Jonathan approached Kenzie and patted him on the shoulder. "You possess the Earth Clan's strength. Can't you fix it in some way?"

"I can," Kenzie said. "However, I am unable to proceed without Selana's guidance. And finally, she told me to take care of you."

"The lives of all the girls are in jeopardy, kid." Jonathan slid his eyes closed. "Please preserve them, I beg you."

Kenzie didn't respond; instead, he knelt and placed his hands on the house's floor. He took a breath, closed his blue eyes, and felt something. Before Kenzie eventually opened her eyes, Amely just shrugged and look at Jonathan.

"A surplus of Merapi a lot more often than normal." Kenzie was panting and still holding his hands up as if he was searching for something. "It appears that they—I'm not sure, but that dreadful Prince has blockaded this tiny nation. Thus, nothing is produced."

Jonathan frantically pounded the table after hearing that. "Damn it!"

Dysabella, Selena, and Alex got off the horse-drawn carriage they were riding when they had reached a few kilometers at the Doli border. Dysabella looked fresher than usual and was wearing the clothes she wore when she left for Yogo, while Selena and Alex were wearing casual clothes so they wouldn't be too flashy.

"What now?"

"We're going through the connecting hole that Selena and Kenzie made to get inside without going through the border gate." Alex helped answer. "Wait until Selena checks."

Dysabella watched Selena. She was seen kneeling on the barren land while staring at his hands. Her eyes were closed and seemed focused. This was a trick that the Earth Clans used to do. They could track anything that was in direct contact with the ground within a few kilometers. That's what Selena does when Dysabella can't sleep.

"Selena?" Alex looked at Selena confused when he saw the woman open her eyes and her expression looked very surprised. Her face looks scared. "What is it?"

Still, on her knees, Selena looked up at Dysabella and Alex. "Something has happened."

Meanwhile, in Doli, everyone was out of the house when there was a riot. The entire Dzkarda army dragged away the girls aged twenty to thirty who had blue eyes. Everyone came out of their houses, wondering what the savage soldiers would do to the girls? Many parents screamed when their daughter was dragged away.

Jonathan, Amely, and Kenzie were standing in front of the tavern, as were the people standing in front of their house. Everyone looked confused and scared as the girls in Doli were forcibly dragged away. Amely and Jonathan could not hide their anxiety. While Kenzie was looking around for a loophole.

Amely remarked, "I'm hoping Dysabella, Selena, and Alex already know what happened. "Hopeless."

Kenzie's eyes were wide as he cast sideways glances. At the end of the lane, he suddenly caught sight of something strange. He initially noticed a hand motioning from a huge rock nearby. Without raising suspicion, he followed that's hand as he left Jonathan and Amely behind. He made his way over to the rock.

"Oh, shit. You all make me surprised." When he recognized three of them, Kenzie rubbed his chest.

"Are my parents okay, Kenzie?" Dysabella asked, a troubled expression on her face. He feared that Jonathan and Amely would suffer a loss.

"They fine."

"Exactly what happened?" Selena questioned while sporadically peering through the cracks in the rocks out of concern that someone could notice them.

When Kenzie's breathing became labored, he made an effort to relax. "One of the Dzkarda Kingdom's crown princes gathered all of his men to blockade this location so that no one can leave. Because he plans to kill all the young girls between the ages of twenty and thirty who have blue eyes."

The eyes of three people abruptly broadened, particularly Dysabella's.

"What's the issue? Why would they act in that way?" Alex will ask now.

"The Rain Clan, which shook the world, was already known to the prince. Dysabella was reportedly about twenty years old and have blue eyes when she was observed by an army witness. Finally, all of the girls in that age group were assembled for their execution."

Widening her eyes, Selena turned to face Dysabella. "Fortunately, we arrived on time yesterday. We had to leave immediately."

"I'm not leaving here."

Alex glanced at Dysabella. "Why do you say that? Dysabella, your safety is in jeopardy. How many times do we have to tell you that you are the only hope for the world, for us, and all living things?"

"I know." Dysabella twisted her garments. She has watery eyes. "However, they wanted me, Alex, and they were looking for me. Look what they did, too. All of the girls with blue eyes and no knowledge were apprehended. The girls would die with no fault of their own and with no knowledge of why they were being slain? I won't let my mistake have negative effects on the girls."

It stunned everyone who saw it. When Amely and Jonathan saw their daughter being carried away, they were inconsolable. Dysabella fought on despite being unable to free herself from those fools' grasp. She screamed in unison with the other blue-eyed girls and their parents, Amely and Jonathan, as well as with the other blue-eyed girls.

The military barracks were nearby when Dysabella and the blue-eyed girls were taken there to be executed right away.
