The rain had started to pour outside the stall. The sound of the raindrops crashing slowly on the metal roof of the extended shade, made the people inside the stall feel safe. There was a warmth in the air inside the stall.
The fragrance of soups and freshly baked bread brought in extra customers to the stall. Like the pied piper who lead the children to the edge if the cliff in that old village, the fragrance was prominent to bring in new customers.
People who came there as tourists, unaware of the climatic conditions of the capital city , seemed to take a temporary shelter inside that small stall. The owner was happy, he could see that rains brought him more business than the usual days. He was happily showing customers around the sitting area and asked the waiters to take orders as well.
