Gordon was certainly confused. Unable to access the exact situation of what was happening, he was caught off guard by the woman.
"Carolina?" He thought to himself without any recollection of what the lady's identity was. Furthermore, she seemed really familiar with who he was. But for him it was difficult to recollect who she was.
He tried to think, but nothing was coming to his mind. Even though he tried thinking of the possibility that perhaps she was the lady he was writing to all along, still she didn't have the stone bracelet that he sent out with the letter.
"If she is not wearing that bracelet... then there is perhaps a chance that she is not that lady.. am I missing something?" He smiled at her but couldn't quite address to her expressions.
"Are ... do ... may I know how you know me?" Asked Gordon with a wide smile but clueless trembling eyes.
