I was so entranced by the way the two pieces of amulet amalgamated with each other. The light emitting from cave walls immediately diminishes. Plunging the entirety of the place into darkness, save from the low pulsing light from the amulet which provided me enough illumination to see what was going on around me.
It was the amulet that was the one giving this cave illumination, and now that I have taken it away from the steel tomb, it retracts its source of light into nothing but darkness.
Suddenly, the stillness of this location was shattered, and a cacophony of loud, menacing roars reverberated in the background. Suddenly breaking the tranquility of this place and startling my soul out of my skin.
