Elder Scott sat in his study room with a book in his hands, he was focused on reading a book Bernard had given him about human technology. Because of their last discussion back at the feast, Bernard was adamant to show Elder Scott that humans weren't as weak as he thought. They knew where their strength lies. He brought this book about Human Technology to Elder Scott and he made Elder Scott promise he would read it. The man didn't have time to read books but he promised anyway. He wanted to also see what Bernard saw in this human he was so interested in working with.
So here he was reading about humans, and their reactions. Because they couldn't heal fast they created ways to make the wound heal fast but not anywhere close to how fast vampires heals. They were not able to run or walk fast; they created vehicles to transport them speedingly.
