"Were you able to carry out the exercises that I asked you to, in our previous session?" Ava's therapist asked her as she sat in her office for another of her therapy sessions.
"Yes, I did," Ava replied.
"And how has it been going? Did you experience any difficulty?"
"No, I didn't." Ava found the kegel and breathing exercises that the therapist asked her to do was quite easy.
"That's good," her therapist said as she scribbled something on her notepad.
"Will I be able to overcome this? I read somewhere on the net that some women get to live with it for the rest of their lives," Ava asked with a worried look.
