It felt extremely awkward to see Micah, in her class, as a teacher who taught them art. She was irked by how irrational he could be, but at the same time, appreciated that he would go to extra lengths just to be with her.
This was the opposite from what he had done in her previous lifetime and now seeing how much he wanted to be involved in her daily life and be with her, it pleased her a little bit.
Micah was still trying to figure out how to meet her at the middle ground, since his ego and desire to keep her away from all of this mess was still bothering him.
"Come in," Micah said, he opened the door for her and stepped aside. He looked so calm, thus it was hard to tell what was in his pretty mind right now.
Yet, when he closed the door and leaned against it, he folded his arms and his calm façade crumbled, there was a deep frown between his brows.
