Alaia was awakened by noises coming outside Maria's room. She fluttered her eyes open, staring at the logs and mud that were serving as a roof. The room was now well lit. She can clearly see everything in the room already. The sun had probably risen already. The window was still closed and so was the door to Maria's room. Alaia turned her head to her side to stare at Maria. She couldn't have been more glad that Maria was the first one that she saw in the morning. She doesn't have any plans to get off of bed yet. She was planning to just stare at Maria's face until the blonde opened her eyes again. Well, not until she heard two voices talking with each other outside Maria's room. That's when Alaia only realized that she wasn't in her castle but in Maria's house.
