*A day before Maria woke up*
The next day, after King Julian visited Alaia, it was now the prince's turn to pay a visit to her. Like his father, he came here alone, riding a white horse, insisting on the same thing: to talk with Alaia. This time, Alaia refused to face him and just kept herself busy in her room, reading a book that she could barely understand, mostly because her mind was wandering around Maria again. Alaia was at least exerting an effort thinking about how she would get Maria off her mind. At least she was trying to do something to get rid of Maria in her mind, though nothing had ever worked yet.
