''The group's have sought for outside help.'' Kara began.
If Paulo was surprised to hear this, he hid it well. For a group not so grounded as the group's, he had a feeling that they might likely have sought outside help. Now, it was happening and he didn't know what to make of it.
''Wow! Really, wow!'' Paulo said.
''I know, that was my initial expression when he told me this.'' Kara said.
With those words, she had committed herself and she knew it was best for her to tell him everything at that moment because he would never stop until he found out what she really meant by those words.
''Diabla, what do you mean?'' Paulo asked.
Kara sighed, taking a deep breath. She didn't want to be seen as a traitor. Even though she was the head and could do as she pleases, her loyalty still remained with her group and she would rather die than compromise that.
''I lied when i told you i went to see the accident victim.'' Kara said.
