Kara rushed towards where Mateo said he would be. The more she drove faster towards him, the more her heart skipped several beats. There was nothing she could think of that could point out to her what he had to say. The only thing she could think of was the group's and the lingering fight between them. If Mateo had heard something, Kara knew that it was the issue of the group she had no doubt about that.
''I hope this is good.'' Kara murmured.
Kara parked her car on the driveway within the club compound, climbing out immediately. She walked towards the car with a purpose, waving at the people who greeted her. Kara wasn't concerned about any of that. Her main concern was to hear what Mateo had for her.
She saw him by the edge of the club, walking towards him with a confident stride. As she walked towards him, so many men turned their backs to look at her. They couldn't quite believe their eyes that they were looking at beauty.
