Before making butter, we should make cream first, as butter can not be made straight from milk.
Actually, heavy cream can be made by simply boiling milk and cooling it down. After the milk turned cold, use a large spoon to scoop the cream on top of the milk out and that is the heavy cream we need for making butter.
I already collected some heavy cream and stored them in the cellar when we made the yogurt before, so I can make butter with the help of Duncan after the cheese and yogurt are done.
