[Two Months Later]
Vanessa struggled to open her eyes and sit up on the bed when her alarm bell rang, while Sophia turned restlessly in her sleep because of the noise from the alarm.
Getting out of bed in the morning was becoming quite a struggle for her lately, and if she didn't already know that this changes was a result of the pregnancy she would have been greatly alarmed by her sluggishness.
She couldn't help but wonder why so many women bothered to have another child after their first pregnancy considering how stressful carrying a pregnancy could be.
Her emotions seemed to be on a continuous rollercoaster. One minute she was happy and excited, the next minute she was overly emotional, irritable, moody, and often times lacking motivation to do anything. The symptoms that annoyed her most were the constant feeling of fatigue, nausea, drowsiness, the breast tenderness and most of all aversion to food.
