"Where is it?" Lumi inquires—"where is this collar's controls?"
'It has to be a necklace, or a bracelet, or a ring…' Lumi thought as she scanned his body.
However, his cloak has covered his entire body. Lumi then pushed the dagger to the collar of his cloak. As his shawl was undone, a sapphire necklace then gleamed.
But then before she could even reach to the necklace, the cloaked man pinned her down to the floor, flipping their position. Lumi then swung the dagger forward, which he averted by jumping away from her.
Lumi used this point in time to stand and advance to the Nephilim.
While she couldn't use her divine power, she used physical means to attack. Another advantage she had is that the cloaked man wasn't to inflict any major injury to her as she was the temple's catalyst…
Or so she thought.
Lumi then parted her lips, coughing blood as the Nephilim gave her a punch in the stomach.
She then fell to her knees, gasping as her stomach churns from the sudden impact.
