"What's it like living in the North?"
Layla asked that question right after Ava sat on the chair where they practiced archery today without hiding her curiosity.
Layla was looking forward to asking Ava a lot of questions. In fact, today is not the schedule for archery. She should have practiced on Wednesday. Luckily, after all, sorts of whining with Nora, the girl managed to change her archery schedule. She was already impatient to bombard Ava with lots of questions.
"We don't know much about real life in the North. I wonder, is it true that the social gap is very high? I mean, is it true that the rich people there will be wealthy, while the poor will be very poor? Are all poor people starving?" Layla added.
Riley, who had the same archery schedule as Ava, also asked. "Is there a lot of good food there? Are there many places to travel?" she asked, holding out a bottle of mineral water for Ava.
