At least...the girls used to be missing.
Until they found Phoebe at the age of 18, after a recent drowning in the river of Brighton, UK, her sister, Pithos, was nowhere to be seen until two months later. A bus driver found Pithos while she was running for her life; she had no memories of her past except for remembering her full name. Pithos had also remembered her sister's full name. The older bus driver, Otto Lotman, had let her in immediately and asked her name, "Pithos Pandora, Πίθος Πανδώρα!" along with such questions, which she replied in both Greek and English softly about who she was running from was a simple, "φόβος!" (fear!). Otto had then driven to the nearest police enforcement establishment. Pithos didn't know her future would start there, nor did she know that Otto would care for her.
