Alexis' POV
For the first time in a long while, I was feeling light hearted, and better than I'd ever felt for the past four years. Opening up to Quinn and in general, telling someone else of my past made the burden less heavy and I was glad I told him. It had eliminated the walls that were between us and I could freely be with him without wanting to run away. But nonetheless, it didn't mean we could be together. I still hadn't gotten over the reality that he was Nate's stepbrother. Knowing I couldn't have him that way hurt but I was ready to move past it and continue with my life.
