Wangy didn't say anything more. After all, five years ago, James almost got married. It was on the wedding day. That was a huge blow to James, a huge blow to mom, and of course, a huge blow to the entire family.
That's why he and Emmy have been married for so long, and she didn't let them hold the wedding until recently when she saw that their relationship had stabilized. She believes in her vision. Emmy is a good girl, she will not do anything to embarrass James.
The most important thing is that Emmy and James are already a legal couple, so her heart cannot be separated from him. Husband and wife are united in one mind, and their profits are cut off.
She believes that as long as Emmy and James are united, all outside interference and resistance will not be a problem. Ever since she ran into a pregnant Cassie on National Day, Emmy thought that she and Cassie would never see each other again.
After all, she didn't want to see Cassie, she probably wouldn't have the dignity to see her again, right? And she didn't care about her, so she thought, if she wanted to know about Cassie, maybe she would make some headlines about her again.
After returning from Paris, Carson was startled by her, and then his arms and hands were injured again. He gave her a one-month vacation and asked her to finish taking wedding photos with James before going back to work.
On the third day after returning from Paris, Emmy was about to call Ellie, but she called her first.
As soon as the phone was connected, her voice came. "Emmy, have you seen any terrorists?" she asked excitedly on the other end of the phone.
"I understand," Emmy answered truthfully,
"I escaped from the scene of a terrorist attack. If even the terrorists didn't see it, wouldn't it be a waste to experience such a horrible disaster?"
"Hehehehe," she smiled and asked on the other end of the phone.
"Aren't terrorists handsome?"
"I have no idea?"
She felt that her question was a bit strange, " Who told you terrorists are handsome? " "Didn't you say you saw it? Why didn't you know?" Ellie asked suspiciously on the other end of the phone.
"I just saw the terrorists, not whether they were handsome or not," Emmy answered truthfully. "You know if he's handsome when you see him?" She shouted unhappily on the other end of the phone.
"My God, I can't tell if someone is handsome or not," Emmy said dumbfoundedly. "Terrorists cover their faces with masks. I saw a black cloth covering their heads, with their eyes exposed. Can you tell if they are handsome?"
"Damn it, the terrorists actually appeared like this," Ellie said with a smile on the other end of the phone. "Let's go, I won't tell you about terrorists, I'm resting today, you just experienced a catastrophe, I will take care of you no matter what."
"Well, are you going to pick me up there?" Emmy was not polite to her. Anyway, she was going to see Ellie. "I will warmly welcome you, and I will definitely go to the exhibition hall with high standards." Ellie immediately made a decision. "I'll go there right now, you'd better go out as soon as possible, don't keep me waiting for too long."
After hanging up the phone, Emmy hurriedly changed her clothes and went out. As soon as she went downstairs, she met a mom who was embroidering in the yard.
"Mom, I'm going out to dinner with my friends, do you want to come with me?" Emmy hurried forward to invite her mother-in-law. Mom is only in his fifties, he is well maintained and looks like she is in his forties. She doesn't work at this age, so she should have some social connections.
However, Emmy found that mom seldom went out, and seldom went out for a walk. She stayed at home most of the time. "No need, Emmy, you can go, I'll just stay at home." She said to her with a smile.
"OK," Emmy didn't force it. He took two steps and turned to her.
"Mom, then you don't have to cook for me."
"Not at noon, what about dinner?" Mom asked quickly. "I don't know about dinner yet. Let's talk about it in the afternoon. If dinner doesn't come, I will call you in advance." Emmy walked to the door and said to her. Mom nodded and watched her walk out of the courtyard until her figure disappeared.
As soon as she turned her head, she saw her mother-in-law coming out of the door. "Where's Emmy?" She didn't see Emmy in the yard, so she quickly asked her. "I'm just in the room listening to her talk to you." Mom smiled.
"I just went out and made an appointment with a friend. I won't come back at noon, so don't prepare dinner for her."
"Oh, I said." She looked at the embroidery and said.
"Emmy, you haven't moved yet, the swaddling clothes are all embroidered." Mom said shyly, "Anyway, they are free. Besides, they will have children sooner or later. I'd better get ready."
"You feel the same way as I do." She smiled and sat down beside her. "You and my son just got married, and I started preparing for your child in a hurry."
"No," Mom replied with a smile. "I also learned from my mother."
"You," She patted her on the shoulder. "You are too polite." She smiled, lowered her head and did not answer, but continued to embroider her flowers seriously.

When Emmy arrived at the pavilion, Ellie was already waiting for her. "Emmy, are you okay?" As soon as she saw her, she looked her up from head to toe.
"It's all right now," Emmy hurriedly laughed, "It's just a small injury to the arm, but it's nothing serious. The gauze is not tied, and the thread is removed."
"Oh, I'm glad you're okay." Ellie breathed a sigh of relief and said.
