"So, about wedding, you haven't answered me how you would like it," Mark asked her after chewing a slice of apple she hand-fed him.
"Hmm . . ." Stephanie replied. "What should I answer, hm? Or what do you want to hear?" she asked back as she rested her body on Mark's thighs.
It was as if they weren't inside a damp, dingy bunker but under a tree during a picnic when Jakarta wasn't that hot.
"No, seriously, what do you want to have?" Mark asked teasingly, a grin blossomed on his face.
"A simple one. Just the two of us and our closest friends, if they can make it, of course."
"Considering how close we are with other people, the number of people could be counted in one hand," Mark showed his dimples.
Stephanie counted it out loud. Tania, Annisa, Val, Lila, Aluna, Reynaldo, Riche . . . "Are you okay with inviting Frost Flower and Chihiro?"
Mark shrugged his shoulders. "Why not? But why did you count Tania and Annisa, too?"
