Stephanie looked at her fiance's face. Although the novelty of calling Mark that way had worn off, she was still in awe every time she saw his face. This was the face of someone she would spend the rest of her life with.
With slow but steady steps, she approached him who was still speechless when reading Chihiro's email that was sent to both their email addresses.
"This was real?" he asked incredulously. "That guy ran away from his flat, under the watchful eyes of the New Police to . . . to impart the blueprint of the new Dome iteration to Frost Flower?"
"Yep," Stephanie answered, popping the 'p' at the end. She stood behind sitting Mark, lowering her body to wrap her arms around his neck so their faces could watch the same screen.
"He did this?" Mark asked again.
"Why are you asking? It's not that Chihiro is a sane person. He's obsessive towards his goals," Stephanie shrugged, lips leaving trailing pecks on his cheek.
