A good feeling of having the skies as quilt surrounded them in the fresh air of Brussels. Mark and Stephanie each took a turn to pose in front of their smartphone camera and sent it to each other.
Both were photogenic. Mark's eyes shone with excitement and Stephanie's peals of laughter filled the emptiness in their vicinity.
"A park this big but there was only us who roam it. I wonder how it had been before time."
"It had to be beautiful, too. Autumn is always beautiful in this park, with the same piling dry leaves and people wearing thick coats to take a picture here," Stephanie replied while adjusting her beanie.
"I wonder how it feels to look at the photographs now, especially if we're those who are left by the deceased. Little by little, the happy memories now have little baggage called "the last" and "only"."
"The last and only?" Mark eyed her curiously.
