Q: What is the safety net?
A: A monthly stimulus package for the eligible citizens disbursed by the Council. The scheme is attached in Table A.
Q: Who is eligible for the safety net?
A: This programme will be piloted for domestic violence victims and Protected without any jobs. Survey and data checking will be carried out by a task force from the Council.
Q: Are there specific regions where the safety net is implemented?
A: Regions listed in Table B, attached.
Q: Does this replace my food ration?
A: No. You're still eligible to collect your food ration weekly.
Q: How can I receive my safety net?
A: You should register it to the Companions nearby your area from any companies attached in Table C.
Q: Whom should I contact for the safety net?
A: A Companion for the registration, and the hotline (number attached below) if you find any issues post-registration.
