The main effect is it lets that familiar or mount to transform into a growth type if it wasn't a growth type familiar or mount. Also it makes your familiar or mounts return to the necklace after they die so you won't completely lose it after it dies. Even though it was useless in the past if I can get a growth type undead from the start that would be great. Cause undead growth potential is limitless. Generally with the necklace, the growth of the familiar or mounts depends on what type of mount or familiar it is. And since necromancer's specialty is to bend and control the dead, the Undead's growth potential is way higher than some normal familiar or summon.

After waiting for some time the guard returned and invited me inside. He brought me to the city lord's office. The room was filled with many books on shelves, there was a table in the middle with two red couches opposite each other and in the forefront there was the lord's desk with many files and paper on it.
"Please wait here for a moment, the lord will arrive soon." The guard said before respectfully bowing and leaving.
In just a few moments a handsome man clad in a red coat with black embroidery on it walked in. He seems to live quite a life.
After walking in, the city lord smiled with flattery as his eyes bent down and said, "So it's the grandson of the great merchant king or the so-called gold king who has graced us with his presence!"
Seeing him flatter like this I was a bit speechless so I just smiled.
He continued, "Now that the grandson of the gold king needs my help, how can I not do my best? I already approved of your trade company. What do you want it to be named?"
