Yasmin crossed her arms and looked out the window, not willing to talk to him.
Declan was also gloomy and didn't talk to her. He feared that his enemies would be around the hospital. It was best if she stayed at home.
The half-hour journey was spent in silence.
Yasmin jumped out of the car and stormed into the house before Declan could get out.
"This woman's carelessness is really irritating," he grumbled. "Can't she be more careful? Now that she can walk, she has forgotten that her fractures have only recently healed."
When he entered the hall, he noticed her walking up the stairs. He went after her.
"Yasmin…"
"No, Declan…" She spun around to face him.
Declan halted his steps, taken aback by her enraged expression.
