Time passed day by day, and Yasmin's exam started.
Declan followed her from her college to Natasha's apartment. It had become a part of his daily routine. He observed her from the car but did not approach her. He wanted to take her into his arms and apologize to her several times. But he couldn't muster the courage. Looking at her glum face, he was sad.
He parked his car alongside the road and watched her walk into the building. In a blink, she disappeared from his sight. This was what he had been watching for the last few weeks. Yet, he felt empty in his heart every time he saw her disappear in front of his eyes. His desire to see her grew stronger today, prompting him to step out of the car. However, he stopped and sat back in the driver's seat.
What was he going to say to her? She was still upset with him, which is why she was not coming home. She didn't call him either.
