Chapter 19 - Rise of Thayo Quesec

It was a beautiful day at the town of Grakewood, with a very beautiful weather of the year.

With the Autumn taking over the place, people seemed to be in smile, doing their daily chores with no complaints about their life.

While the petulans had objections against the serious action taken against the infringers, there happened to be another problem going on, leaving out people in dismay.

Petulans were loyal followers of soft and white magic, who believed the greatest sin that one can perpetrate was to fall onto the path of dark trait.

Keeping that on mind, Petulans were quite disturbed by the raising rumors of Quesec family, who appreciated their successors to go towards Dark sorcery.

Quesec was a well known family in Petulando, who had done a lot, for the lands growth years ago.

Following the death of Mr. Gario Quesec, the Oldest man in the family, the Eldest grandson became the legal beneficiary.

Mr. Thayo Quesec, getting the largest asset of the family, wasn't loved by many, since his behaviour was totally different from the Quesec's.

He ignored his forefathers words about being generous; got rid of large funds maintained in sake for charity; he enjoyed personal appreciation for his ancestral property that gained large profits; In simple terms, people began to hate the Quesec's, when Mr. Thayo took over the asset. They began to call him, fearlessly as Quesec's Miser and Sarcastic Thayo.

He supported the youngsters of the family to become dominant through power, no matter even if they needed to get in touch with Hepton.

These behaviour of Mr. Thayo earned the anger of people, who could never take black magic practised on their land.

The absence of Mr. Scizian was a bad news to civilans, who had to suffer inorder to take their words, all the way to the ears of Ministry.

Whatsoever, the news had already reached few in Ministry, who did their best in making their Head aware of it.

" Honorable Headman, I have issues regarding the state problem", the mayor said to Mr. Rowan.

" Mm! If its about the breachers, please do not tell me now! What they had brought me was purely headaches!", Mr. Rowan said to him exasperated.

Mr. Coy braced himself to deliver a worser news than the breachers" Well, Mr. Rowan! People are quite peeved over your recent convictions. Its all because of Mr. Thayo, Civilans seemed to be stressed out. Needless of the youngsters behaviour, they think Mr. Thayo might bring huge destruction to our land. Its very sad to look at our beloved citizens, lose theitr trust upon the Ministry as well as the Regime. On behalf of all the Judiciaries, I beg you to take action against that bastard, whose showing off his wealth by doing whatever he wants".

Mr. Rowan seemed to get immersed in some thoughts, which made the Mayor feel excited, with the thought of persuading the Headman that easily.

DO THEY THINK MY CONVICTIONS ARE WRONG? HOW DO THE INFRINGERS DIFFER FROM THAT THAYO? DON'T YOU PETULANS USE DARK SPELLS? DID I PUNISH THEM FOR DOING SOMETHING NOBLE- Mr. Rowan raised from the chair and asked the Mayor madly.

Mr. Coy's mind went blank, getting to know the persistance of the Headman towards the infringers.

" Well..., Mr. Rowan, people are raising questions on how we ignored Thayo's behaviourals for all these days. The dark spells we induce are purely harmless. Petulans could never hurt innocents through magic. You have more knowledge about peoples intention My nobility. We need to get in touch with the Regime immediately, before things go worse", replied the mayor holding back his emotions.

Getting in touch with the President was what Mr. Rowan hated the most. It was not that he hated the President himself, only his rude attitide and criticism towards his headmanship for the past six months.

Inspite of their relationship, they never messed up their duty towards the people. They did their best for their land, even if the situation made them to work together.

" Mr. Coy! Does the people, who are worrying for those youngsters, can explain the reason behind those teenagers rule breaking? Do they know the huge crime they'd done, which is nothing compared to the wrongdoings of Thayo?", Mr. Rowan asked the Mayor, to prove the fairness on his side.

Mr. Coy was left out in silence, who had no idea of why and what the youngsters took such a decision.

I'VE NO KNOWLEDGE COMAPRED TO YOU MY NOBILITY. TELL ME, I SHALL TAKE IT TO THE EARS OF PETULANS- Mr. Coy replied humbly.

The Headman took a huge breath," Its all because of their curious minds and lack of trust on us".

" What? Is there something we did, that made them lose hope on us?", asked the Mayor again.

With a hilarious laugh, tapping his fingers on the table quirkily, the man of justice gave a brief overview about the infringement," It was their doubts on elders, whether we are trying to hide something huge from them. It wasn't only the problem of the youngsters of petulando. It happened to be young confusion around Ogle, who mustered up their courage to explore if somethingwas hidden from their eyes. That day when I touched the crowned parrot of Neyley, I saw everything. Krave wasn't like the rest of the Parrots, which is sometimes used to note the secrets of neighboring lands. Its quite scary to know, how youngsters of other states, made the youngsters of Petulando get indulged in the crime".

MY NOBILITY! DO YOU MEAN YOUNGSTERS OF NEYLEY AND HEPTON PROVOKED OUR BOYS TO DO IT- asked the Mayor in huge shock.

Mr. Rowan grinned, walked close to his side, and muttered to him with a pat on his shoulders," YOU MIGHT NOT BELIEVE THE WAY, THOSE BOYS CHOSE TO PASS ON THEIR WICKED NOTE TO OUR YOUNGTERS. Past is past! Its of no use talking about it now. Anyways, its good that you reminded me of them. I want to send a very important note to Scizian".

Saying he summoned his crowned parrot Savis, that flew up to him within a blink of an eye.

But the Mayor wasn't satisfied by his reply, who wasn't sure of how big of a crime those boys commited other than crossing the Marimund.

Still, the promise he made to the petulans wasn't fullfilled, which made him wait for the Headman to look back at him again.

With hesitating lips, Mr. Coy braced up," But Mr. Rowan! What about Thayo? Isn't practising Black arts considered a sin?".

Letting out Savis towards the destination, Mr. Rowan turned to his side with a silly smile, "Ofcourse its a sin! Do you think I'll leave someone who mess up with Sorcery. I won't stay put if he hurts my people. You may leave. I'll take care of it".

That was the very promising lines, Mr. Coy had ever heard from the Headman, that made him ho home with no regrets.
