As she planned on bringing the stokvel program this side again, she needed a few things again. Alayna purchased some accounting books that will record all groups of people that will join, the amount of money they will be contributing and when they will be receiving their share.
Alayna wanted to see how people will take this and, in the future, she will see if she can add more interesting branches of stokvel.
For each individual that will join, they will be given a registration card that will have all of their information and the card that will help them in the time to come.
As there were commoners again in Belshoy, Alayna wanted to accommodate them as well but the lower limit will be higher than the limit back home as most villages were very far from the city.
