"Do we know each other?" He asked, his phoenix eyes looking at her with anticipation.
"Maybe, you're quite famous after all. Don't you know?" She said, noncommittal.
At her answer, Kaize pursed his lips and narrowed his eyes at her. He was trying to determine whether she was serious or not.
He couldn't tell at all.
However, instead of being annoyed, he looked at her in interest, licking his lips.
He suddenly smirked and stood up, placing an arm at the backrest of her chair, leaning down so their faces were only a few inches apart.
"Well, I know you, very well."
She turned her head up, and from his angle he could see the eyes hidden behind the reflective glass.
It was black, but there were interesting twinges of color, shades that he had already memorized in his dreams.
"Oh?" She asked, looking interested. "How do you know me?"
"From dreams. Very… good dreams." He said, tone meaningful, as if she'd understand what he was thinking.
And she did.
