Right from Oscar's back, two military soldiers had appeared using their teleportation ability. Most of the military soldiers of the academy learn this type of ability. They would be able to teleport and appear in any location they set their mind into. The only downside to this ability is that they won't be able to teleport to places they've never been to before.
When they learned how to use the teleporting ability, every one of them were told to walk around every corner of the academy, so in case there was an emergency in any area of the school, they would be able to teleport without any difficulty.
"Sergeant Oscar, the head general have requested for your presence right away. He asked us to bring you with us and the student also." One of the soldiers said in a firm voice.
Oscar sighed deeply as he turned to face Logan whose gaze was only focused on Xin.
"Logan, I want you to take care of things here. Let the students go back to their dorm rooms. And you Xin, go back to your room with your friends, I'll take care of everything."
'What? He's not taking me to the head general's office??' Xin wondered.
"But sir, the head general requested for his presence." One of the soldiers quickly objected.
"I know, I'll settle it with the head general." Oscar said as he moved closer to Xin and whispered into his ears. "I want you to keep that sword safe from everyone's reach. It is quite dangerous to the public but not to you... I'm on your side boy." Oscar said, smiling.
'What does he mean he's on my side?' Xin almost asked but Oscar had patted him on the back and before he could realize it, he had disappeared into the air with the two soldiers.
After Oscar was gone, Logan decided to wrap things up as he instructed everyone to go into their dorm rooms. Xinny and Michelle had ran towards Xin as they saw that he was sitting all alone and with the looks of it, he wasn't planning to go to his dorm room yet. The two girls were standing in front of him and Michelle was the first to speak out.
"Hey, what are you doing all alone, everyone is going out." Michelle said as she grabbed Xin's hand to pull him up.
"Then let them go first." Xin instantly withdrew his hands and for a moment, the two girls saw how shy he was, to face anyone.
"Come on, is it because of them? They are not a bother, let's go." Michelle persuaded him again but Xin was so adamant to face the students.
"Don't you see how they are looking at them. Like I infected them with some kind of disease or sickness. They might not be a bother to you, but I can't face them." Xin shared his concern.
Xinny, after hearing Xin's explanation had instantly move closer to him as she sat by his side, patting him gently on the back.
"I know you're ashamed of walking among those you almost killed. They might think bad of you but they can't do anything to you. Knowing how much power you possess, none of them will be able to challenge you. Not in the weak state they are." Xinny said before winking at Michelle to help lift Xin up. "Come on, let's go. We'll be by your side all the way."
"No, let them go first." Xin argued as he pushed Xinny and Michelle away from him. But still, the girls weren't relenting.
"Xin, I understand how you feel but trust me, I'm your sister, your twin sister. I promise to protect you from now on." Xinny said trying to urge Xin again.
Logan had been watching the three students from afar and he had decided to help out.
"Hey kid, do you know what everyone are thinking of you now?" Logan asked as he stood before the three students. Xin had raised his heads to see who was talking.
"They think you are a special, strong student, someone who was alive even though he touched a deadly weapon.
Many student here knows about the story of the kid who was killed by the sword and seeing you pick that sword without getting hurt or anything was a surprise to every one of them. I would say, they are looking at you with awe and surprise and not the look of the person who almost endangered their lives." Logan explained and like a charm, Xin was convinced by Logan's words. He didn't know why, but he felt like what he was saying was real. It was as if Logan actually heard the students' thoughts.
Well, Logan didn't read their thoughts, he had asked about five to ten of the injured students on what they thought of Xin. And all they were saying was that they were surprised on how we was able to hold the mysterious sword without being killed. Some had even said that Xin was quite bold to be able to touch what everyone knew as a deadly weapon. And they couldn't help but admire his bravery. But among the students were those who were curious on how he was able to touch the sword without getting hurt. Some had even said that there wasn't anything wrong with the sword, and the story of the murdered student they've been hearing all these time was fake and untrue. But Logan quickly moved away from these students to avoid quarrel or mixed up questions.
