Chapter 23 - Chapter Twenty three: Michelle arrives

Chris pointed at the martial arts hall that was in front of them, most of all the students where returning to their dorm room, so there weren't a lot of people in the hall. Xin and Chris had went into the hall, over to the Battle arena.

The two students had stood opposite each other, one with a huge stature and the other with a normal body stature. Chris is like a fifteen years old boy to an eleven years old Xin. In a lame man's tongue, Chris looks more bigger than Xin.

The fight had started and the two students where ready to clash onto each other. Xin's fists were clenched hard as he took a fighting position while Chris just stood upright as if he was not going to fight. Spectating the fight was a martial arts teacher who looks to be in his sixties or more than that. He's often called Old Master by all students and even the teachers do not know his real name. He has been in the school for about, God knows when. Rumours had even said that he used to be one of the leaders but he had left the position for his children and grandchildren.

The fight had begun and the two students had started fighting. While the fight was going on, someone had opened the door of the hall and had entered to watch the fight that was going on. Xinny saw the person and it happened to be Michelle. The girl with the lightning ability that had tried to save Xin.

"Omg! She's out of the clinic." Xinny exclaimed but the sudden groan she heard from her side made her turned to look who was hit.

"I told you I won't go easy on you." Chris said after landing blow upon blow on Xin's stomach.

"Do you think I'll back down." Xin said. It was his first time fighting with fists and losing.

When he was still in his kingdom, he would fight numerous number of guards and would still win the fight against them. It was as if they weren't able to defeat him. Or maybe they were not so strong as the Chris that he's fighting.

' Maybe your guards are doing it in purpose not to hurt you. You know, you're the prince. A servant mustn't act like he's stronger than his master.' The A1 system assumed.

' It might be as you said, because, none of them were able to defeat me. And the one guard that fought and defeated me was a new guy who didn't know about the don't show off rule that my father placed for the other guards.' Xin said as he recalled the guard being punished for making him bleed.

He tried to convince his father not to punish him but he wouldn't listen and ended up punishing the guard.

"My father could be strict sometimes." Xin said aloud.

"Huh?" Chris said as he landed another punch on Xin's mouth. "My father? Do you know my father?"

Xin groaned in pain as he had already fell onto the groaned. He had been defending the attacks well till the system started talking about the guards.

"Man I give up!" Xin said angrily as he spat out blood.

"So soon?" Chris exclaimed. "We've not even fought for five minutes, and you have given up."

Xin ignored him as he stood up from where he was standing and started walking towards the door of the hall. The old teacher smiled to himself as he looked at the funny Xin who had quickly given up on a fight.

As Xin approached the door, Chris had quickly drawn him back, trying to stop him from going outside but Xin had angrily shocked him with lightning, causing Chris to jerk backwards.

"Don't touch me!" Xin shouted.

But as he approached the door again, someone had appeared in front of him. And it was none other than Michelle. It was a surprise to Xin and to be honest, his anger cooled down as he saw her.

"Hey, you're out of the clinic." he said softly.

"Yeah, I guess. Thanks to you." Michelle said as she unexpectedly hugged Xin firmly.

Xin's heartbeat started beating loudly, 'cause it was sudden to him. No girl has ever gotten close to him that way, not even his sister.

While Xin was still hugging Michelle, the old master had approached them. His eyes were fixed on one thing. Xin's Omnitrix.
