"Why? Are you going to some being my friend if I tell you." Lily replied as Xin demanded to know what she was.
Her tone sounded more like someone who was feeling sad. Xin couldn't help but giggle as he turned to face the other side of his bed. He couldn't believe Lily's reply could make him laugh.
"If I wanted to stop being your friend, I would've done so already. Besides, why would I stop being your friend when we just met today."
"Huh? Are you saying you won't hate me if I tell you what I really am?" Lily asked, the tone of her voice raised a little bit.
"Come on, I'm not going to hate you. Just say the kind of beast you changed to."
"I know your type. After you know my secret then you guys will hate me like poop. Nevermind, I'm not telling you. Just finish with your portal outing and leave the shelter for us."
"What? You're not a student of any school? Not even an high school student?" Xin asked surprisingly.
