Abhimanyu brought the four commanders who were previously at his level to another room.
"He must be playing with you, my lord," said one of the commanders.
"I know," Abhimanyu stepped back and forth, one hand behind his back, the other caressing his chin.
Then he stopped and looked at the four comrades.
"You have orders for us?" asked another.
Abhimanyu sighed heavily. "Before that," he said, "would you mind following me? Think of me as your leader?"
The four commanders looked at each other. Of course, jealousy over the gift received by Abhimanyu is still very thick in each of them. And this is what Abhimanyu himself is more or less worried about. Getting just one enemy from within was more painful than facing a thousand soldiers on the battlefield.
