Maitreya was exhausted enough that he fell asleep by the extinguished bonfire, just steps from the horse-drawn carriage. But then he woke up because he heard groaning voices from inside the carriage. He quickly got up, approached the carriage, and got on the carriage to accompany Lathifa who was delirious.
"Princess?" Maitreya tried to touch Lathifa's forehead.
