" If you will not eat, then I am not going to eat either. ", Lilly said and immediately she heard the door opening.
Slowly she entered the room and found Jacob wrapped in a bedsheet like a burrito. He was not even looking at her. Deciding not to address the issue herself, she just set the tray down and walked to him.
" Come on, get up now. Let's eat, I am hungry. ", she whined as she pulled the bedsheet away from him.
Still annoyed, Jacob got up but he did not move.
" See, I made sandwiches for us. ", Lilly said, proudly showing the plate with a smile on her face.
Grumbling, Jacob grabbed his plate and started eating.
When she realised that Jacob was not speaking at all about his outburst, Lilly changed her mind.
" So, what was all that about? Would you like to talk about it? ", Lilly asked even though she knew the answer of it herself.
" Nothing. "
" Why? Do YOU not trust me enough now? "
" When did I even say that? ", he said, defending himself.
