Agost was surprised by her determination to go away from Anka. She hadn't spoken for so many days, so he wondered if he had to speak in her place.
Nobody stopped Agost as he was with Alora when they entered the central palace. She was going towards the Queen's chambers when she noticed the aides at the door of the Queen's office room.
Alora wavered in her decision. She thought to let Orla know. If Orla agrees, others wouldn't object to her. If four were together, then she doubted if they were going to accept.
The door guard announced their arrival before they entered the office room. The smile that she would have got wasn't there. They were faced with cold and judging gazes due to Agost.
Alora's eyes filled when she saw Orla had become so frail. The curtsy she always gave them to pay her respects was replaced with a bow to hide her tears.
Agost bowed as he greeted, "Greeting to Your Majesties and Your Royal Highnesses."
