His body was like a feather as he used the branches to propel himself forward. Soon, Xaloc landed on top of a tall tree. This tree was higher than its surroundings, giving Xaloc an excellent lookout point.

They were two kinds of beasts that Xaloc found often. Those far much stronger than him, that could not even be affected by his power and those who were just too weak to have a star in their guts.
Those that were just right were much harder to find. The other candidates were hunting as well.
Every once in a while, he would come across them. Some wanted to form team's and others had other ulterior motives, Xaloc ignored them all.
