Jamal stood on top of the mountain looking far into the distance.
Yemi climbed up and sat on a boulder, a frown on his face, "Not everyone has wings, Jamal."
Jamal sighed, "Just wanted to be alone for a while."
Yemi nodded, "Xaloc had not replied yet? How many letters have you sent? He is alive, don't worry."
"Five." Jamal knew that it was not easy to kill Xaloc, he was just afraid that he might have pushed too much with the words he said when they last met and the wall between him and his lover had grown stronger.
That was also the reason that he had not gone to Xaloc in over a month. He thought that a week would be enough but it has been a month and it seems like Xaloc might be angry with him.
He sighed again.
Yemi almost laughed, "Never thought I would ever see you like.." He had not finished his sentence when a bell suddenly rang across all the realms and his face changed.
