Emma P.O.V
He spits out the coffee immediately, he stood up from the chair and empty the coffee on my head.
"oh my goodness!" "Sir what have I done to deserve this from you?" I asked him with tears dropping from my eyes, this is pure wickedness, how could he pour hot coffee on my body, is he planning to turn to a turkey.
"You still have the gut to question my authority right?" He asked angrily.
"No sir, I didn't do anything bad to warrant this cruel treatment from you" I said without thinking of the consequences.
"How many times, did you want me to tell you that I don't like creamy coffess, and how could you make hot coffee for me, did you wanna burn my throat, now I get you are planning to kill me so you can be free from me right?" He asked angrily.
"I'm sorry, but the coffes isn't that creamy, you're the one that told me to Always add little cream to your coffee" I replied immediately.
"I have warned you times without number, not to talk if I don't ask you to" he said and throw his briefcase on my body, and it hit me in my forehead.
"I give you ten minutes to meet me in the office" he said angrily.
"But sir, I don't have any money with me for transport" I replied.
"What are you legs for?" He asked with a smirk. "They're for walking sir" I replied him.
"then trek to the office, I give you ten minutes to meet me in the office, read my lips, ten minutes" He said.
"But sir, from here to your company is ten minutes drive, how did you expect me to get there in ten minutes time" I said, he hissed and walked away.
"Why don't you tell him what you said in your room earlier?" My annoying friend asked.
"And you think it's funny?" I asked angrily and walked to my room to change my clothes, that idiot just ruin my day, he is always ruining my day, he's heartless.
"Emma I'm sorry!, I was only joking with you" I heard my annoying friend said.
I don't have her time, the only thing I'm thinking about is how to get to the office before the ten minutes he gave me.
I rack through my wardrobe and poured all my clothes in the floor.
Looking for another suitable clothes to wear, I picked a blue gown and put it on before rushing out of the house.
"Emma, I'm sorry I was only joking with you" Nadia said with a pout.
"I don't have your time right now, I'm thinking of a way to get to the office before the ten minutes Mr grumpy gave me" I said and she dipped her hand in her pocket and brought out some money.
"Here take!" She said and hand over some dollars note to me.
"Thanks very much, you are a life saver, but that doesn't mean I have forgiven you, I'll come back for you" I said to her.
"Wait your neck is red" she said concerned. "Fûck you Seth" I said before rushing out of the house, am very sure Nadia will be laughing at me right now.
I rushed out of the house and stopped a cab, I gave the cab man Mr grumpy office address.
"Come inside Miss" the cab man said and I rushed inside the car.
I put on my sunglass and look out of the car window.
And I saw Mr grumpy car, don't tell me his car break down.
"Slow down please" I said when we get to the place he parked his car.
Mr grumpy dip his hand in his pocket with a frown etched on his face and I smile out.
It's very obvious I'll get to turn office before him, I'm very sure he would have call his driver to bring another car for him.
"Mr please drive fast!" I said to the cab driver. "Alright my lady" replied with a smile and increased the speed.
"We are here" he said and rushed to open the car door for me. Wow he's so kind.
"Thanks Mr" I said and brought out the money Nadia gave me earlier.
"Nevermind" he said with a smile, he opened his car door and drove off without waiting for me to thank him, did he know me before? I'm not sure I have seen his face before, good people still exist in this world.
It's good, because this money will go a long way for me, I won't stay hungry today, I haven't even taking my breakfast.
Walking inside the company, all the workers keep a long face immediately they saw me.
I'm use to that though, they all see me as a low life, but I have only one friend.
Someone covered my eyes from the back and I struggled to remove his hand from my face, but he tighting his grip on my face.
"Jasper let me go, master will soon be here" I said and he removed his hand from my face immediately.
"How did you know it's me?" He asked with a smile.
"Is that even a question? You're the only friend I have here so know one will cover my face except you" I said.
"Follow me, I wanna show you something" he said.
. "Later, I need to clean master Seth office before he comes" master Seth made me do all the works in the house and the office, he employed a cleaner, but he has warned her never to clean his office again.
. "Common, we won't stay long" he said with a smile showing off his dimples.
I love his dimple and I can never resist it. "Okay let me go drop my bag in the office first" "Alright don't stay long" he replied.
I pressed on the elevator button and it took me to the last floor.
I walked inside his office and dropped my bag on my table, yeah my table is inside his office.
This room is very clean but I'm very sure Mr grumpy will complain.
"Let's go!" I said to jasper and he smiled widely, I wonder what he wants to show me.
