It was a kids' walk for all three of them in both the second and third layers, they were just a few miles away from the centre layer.
"Ok both of you, take out your best weapons, this won't be easy." Grandpa jumped down from his horse and took a deep breath.
"Ok, grandpa!" Alisha jumped from her horse and took out her single-edged katana which was longer than the usual size.
"Then I will use these..." Zeno took out his Heaven-n-Earth needles.
"We will complete the rest of the journey on our feet, our horses will only prove disadvantage for us." Grandpa gently patted his horse and moved forward.
"Ok, grandpa!" Zeno and Alisha rushed toward him.
The centre area was clear even at the night, there was no sign of mist or any other beast.
"So... Where will we go now?" Zeno asked, slightly tired by the journey.
"To the pond of tears, there we can find my master most probably."
"Oh, so how long will it take to reach?" Alisha asked next.
"Not much, only a few more miles, will reach there in an hour."
All three of them walked straight in the direction of the lake of tears, grandpa leading their way to foresee any danger.
The place was surprisingly silent. In all other three layers, low beast screams and roars were audible, but the centre was very silent.
After an hour they finally reached the lake of tears.
It was a very clean lake, and it was completely transparent.
"It's not a full moon night, or you would have been mesmerised by its beauty." Grandpa walked close to the lake and gently created a ripple in the lake.
"It's so... Pretty..." Both Zeno and Alisha were mesmerised.
"We can search around it, Let's split and don't go too far away. Don't forget this is the place where the strongest beasts live." Grandpa warned them and went to look for his master.
Both Zeno and Alisha went in different directions.
Normally they would encounter numerous beast nests, filled with lil beasts, who are just a month or so old. But this place was more silent and had more trees.
"Ah, man... Where the heck is master Robert..." Zeno sighed chopping off bushes and leaves which were blocking his way.
"If I remember correctly... The Master's house should be just ahead..." Grandpa walked toward a small hill which was a mile away from the pond.
"Dam this forest stinks!! Why the heck would someone live over here!!" Alisha went on punching every single tree in the path, making it total chaos.
"This kid sure is funny... Haha... What do you say should we play with her..."
"Yesss... I haven't played for hundred years... Even master Robert is away..." Two long necks rose behind from trees which were at some distance from Alisha.
"Ahhh!!! I hate this place! No beasts, nor that old master!!" Alisha punched a hole in another tree and sat down on the trunk.
Alisha picked up a stone and threw it at the sky, "I'm bored..."
Both the long head beasts flew close to Alisha.
"Hello, little girl..." Black one said.
"L... Little what..?" Alisha exclaimed because no one ever dared to call her little except her grandpa and her parents.
"Haha... Look at her ain't she giving a surprised look..." White one replied in a mocking tone.
"First im not little, and second why are you two here?" Alisha jumped off the trunk and took out her katana.
"Oh... The thing you are carrying is not for kids dear... Hehe." White one giggled.
"A kid carrying Red Dragons weapon how funny... " Black beast giggled with her.
"You both are dead!"
Alisha took an attacking stance and jumped in the sky. She changed her grip into a stabbing one and released her Red aura filled with anger.
"My my she has a red aura haha... Will be fun."
Alisha closed her eyes for a second and her sword got covered in blood-red colour. Next second left a bright red arc burning the sky with its furry.
"Red Dragon Furry Stab!!!
" Okie you ready for it?" The white beast stood up on its two legs, and its height reached of a small tree.
"Yup."
"Twin Dragon dance!" Both Black and White beasts flew up circling each other.
Soon their moment speed increased by leaps and bounds and it became impossible to spot them with naked eyes.
"What the heck!!" Alisha lost control and struck hard on the ground. Sword in her hand stabbed the ground, almost as if red lightning fell from the heavens.
"Aa... Ah..." Alisha hurt her left arm nearly crushing her bone.
Both of the beasts flew down to her and sat close to her.
"You were not half bad." Black beast said.
"Who are both of you... And... And what do you want..." Alisha was in pain barely able to move her left arm.
"Aish... You were the one who attacked us... We were just going to talk..." Black one said.
"I'm Zoya... And this is my sweet and loving brother Kazuya..." White hugged black one and licked his face.
"Ah... I see... What do you want to talk about..." Alisha pulled herself together and sat down with the support of the tree.
"Nothing... Just tell us... Why did you come here... And the biggest question how did you manage to reach here." Zoya asked resting her head on Kazuya.
"We came here to find master Robert... And... I came here with my grandpa and brother... Ouch." Alisha grabbed her left arm, it felt as if the bone of the left arm was tearing off her flesh.
"I see... You are here for master Robert... Hehe," Zoya walked closer to her.
"Y... Yeah..."
"Ok, sis... What should we play with her?" Kazuya flew and sat behind Alisha's trunk.
"We made skeleton dolls with our last prey... So... We should try something new with her..." Zoya giggled as she walked close to Alisha.
'What the...' Alisha couldn't imagine what they were saying, she couldn't even run because of the intense pain that she felt in her left arm.
"Why don't we play airball with her? We can throw her in our goals and the one who scores the most wins? What do you think?" Kazuya swept his tale destroying the whole tree.
"No... Please...." Alisha was terrified for the first time in her whole life.
Zoya caught her with her legs and flew in the sky, "Come here brother let's play!"
"Cyclone Vortex!!!"
A massive cyclone was created out of nowhere and a figure appeared inside of it."
