"I'd like to start the speech by addressing everyone, but my eyes are blinded by how bright the award is shining!" Ian said with a nervous chuckle. His voice was shaky. And his eyes were blinded. Not by the award but by the crowd.
It was a lot. Considering how much time had passed with just Ian being around a very small amount of people, the crowd made him stand straight and tall with a smile that explained the efforts of his success.
"So, at first…" Ian started to talk while clearing his throat. "I was new to the industry. Uncle Mason was the only person who trusted me—not one hundred percent, but he did. With that, every step of mine, every creativity output had this goal which said in bold letters, 'prove your worth' and I had to. With that being said, Crazy Stupid Love was a wonderful journey. Through thick and thin, the cast and the team helped a lot. Ryan Gosling, who earned lots of fan points deserved every bit he did. And, if I'm going to say more, I'd talk till the curtains close. So, thank you, everyone! Thank you Feliciano for hosting this amazing award show to appreciate true talents! Thank you!"
Ian said and walked off the stage with tears in the brim of his eyes.
Everyone clapped as he was walking down.
"EE-YAN!"
"EE-YAN!"
"EE-YAN!!"
His name was chanted loudly by the audience as he made an appearance. They yelled his name rhythmically before and after his speech, meanwhile, the other directors who had the nominations for the Best Comedy movie smiled at the cameras because it was one thing the celebrities were good at—smiling and pretending everything is okay.
Except for some famous people, the majority of the people pretended as if nothing could ever go wrong in their lives. Among them, there were also people that Ian knew did the same thing.

"Wanna skip the after party?" Rae asked in a whispered tone while dragging her index finger along the sides of his collar.
"Would you want to-"
"I'd rather be with you," she said and kissed his lips passionately.
"Mhm.."
They were on their ride to the mansion. They were given another theme-based dress code for the after-party by the hosts, which was why they were on their way out.
She pulled out from the kiss and looked him in the eyes. Her heart fluttered as she drew herself away from the eye lock that went on for almost a minute.
"How are you feeling? You were emotional on stage…" She asked.
Ian said nothing but smiled. The truth was that he was feeling plenty of emotions—and he remembered what he felt while was on stage, very vividly.
When Rae asked the question, it was almost as if the entire thing played in front of his eyes.
"Let's get home soon," she said and put her head on his shoulder.
He kissed her forehead while looking away from the window, noticing how the streets pass away while moving.

A week later.
John Wick was out.
The four words meant a lot to-
"I fucking can't believe it's out!" John yelled looking at Ian and rotating in the office chair.
Ian chuckled at his behaviour.
"The premiere was lit last night! I can't even start to think how someone would be able to pull something grand like that!" John rolled his eyes at his statement. "Is it just me or I'm thinking of things way too little than they are?"
The person who sat opposite John in the middle of their regular coffee shop rolled his eyes.
"You should calm down. If anyone realizes it's you–the director of the movie, they're going to think you're fucking mad."
John took out his phone and started scrolling through his social media.
"I've now 1.5 million followers on Nwitter!"
Ian's eyes widened hearing what John was saying.
"Give me a second!" Ian said, stood up, and walked from the spot.
He called Murphy right away.
-Sir?
Murphy's voice came out as a statement of curiosity rather than formality.
"How are the numbers looking right now? It hasn't even been 24 hours yet, tell me-"
-Made two million already. The report came in five minutes ago, and I was checking the details. There are seventy-six newly booked screenings, and things are great.
"Okay."
Ian hung up on him and walked back to John who was grinning from ear to ear.
"I got the call too, from Hyde," John said, mentioning his assistant.
Hyde had been working under John for so long, but he recently got a promotion as his assistant after John had decided what he was going to follow. Nevertheless, if there's one thing Hyde learned too quickly, it was how attached John was to John Wick.
Important news like profits was one thing John had warned that he needed to see before Ian does—as a state of matter.
"It is going good. No wonder your Nwitter is blasting," Ian said and took a sip from his coffee.
"The trending hashtag is the hashtag Ian the gem miner. They say that you find gems. And it's just they're now addressing the fact that it was not just me, but plenty of actors and actresses who gave a boost to their careers. Same with Keanu Reeves. Now he's a star. Straight to a B-listed actor."
Ian rolled his eyes again. "I just have a good eye when it comes to these things," he said and shrugged.
In an instant, both Ian and John saw the walls of the coffee shop with banners of John Wick's movie release.
"I didn't notice it there," John said while taking a picture from his phone.
Everything that was happening was something too far-fetched for John two years ago, but now, he felt as if things were looking too great to be realistic—-which in fact, were.

[IAM - It's A Movie]
Not just on Nwitter, but there were way too many social media platforms in which John Wick was trending.
The special factor was that, on IAM, it was about the reviews that were trending rather than people just opinionating about the movie.
On IAM, there were critics, celebrities to normal hardcore Hollywood fans who wrote essay-worthy reviews on movies that were just released like John Wick.

John wick stands out in a crowd of overdone, uninspired, and boring action-adventure films, John Wick shouldn't have been as good as it is but with some great acting and fun world-building, John Wick makes for a fantastic movie. My main issue with most movies similar to John Wick is that most of the fight scenes have too many cuts so you can barely see what's going on. John Wick doesn't have this issue in any of its action scenes.
Every fight scene is fun, exciting and a massive thrill ride, there are also just the right amount of fight scenes so they don't feel like the directors just randomly threw some in with no thought or reason other than just to keep the viewer entertained, also each location that the fight scene is filmed in is very different from the last and that helps keep all the fight scenes fresh and exciting to watch.
The movie also does a great job establishing each character and their motivations, another reason why John Wick as the character stands out is because of some brilliant acting from Keanu reeves. One of my issues is the plot, it feels like they really could have done something great with it but instead stuck with some generic revenge story, but something that stops this from being a glaring issue is that the film realises and makes sure that the story is easy to follow.
Overall this film has some fantastic world-building, mostly great acting, and brilliant fight scenes making this movie a great watch.

John Wick 2020 is such a superb movie. Nowadays a very rare film comes like this. Such beautiful writing by the writer and the directors' awesome direction such an intense scene 😣😖 and the painful life of a man who came out from some wrong work and led a peaceful life, which touch the audience's heart 💜❤️. Such a strong antagonist with a pleasant heart makes the story more interesting. Fight scenes are also good like natural fights of human beings not supernatural. The main points of this film are writing, BGM, direction, and cinematography matters; they didn't add any unnecessary VFX to show the film is more lengthy. This film is a treat for action or mass film lovers don't miss it at any cost but don't expect any unexpected VFX or action.😘😊😊

I was having a hard time following up on the work done by Ian. But, I've to say, this is just so good! In a word, BADASS I don't know how they did it but this movie instantly brought Keanu Reeves' career up and going only did it do that but I think this is his best film even out beating the first Filipino, the action movie, this one especially is the best. you get badass action and gun battles you feel John Wick's rage and he goes on a quest for vengeance and hunts down a rival gang that killed his dog YOU DO NOT and I repeat you DON'T wanna mess with john wick especially to this extent screw it I'm giving this a ten out of ten.

[...] Among five-star reviews like these, some fans of John Wick quite didn't like the movie—so maybe not fans. But they had some interesting things to say.
@Movie.disasters
The Russian mob kills his dog; he kills at least 100 people to avenge this... I am not sh$tting you, that is the plot of this film.
TWO HOURS of a guy killing ppl for his dog. You know John Wick will not die because he's the main character of the movie.
The only thing that dies during this movie is you and the 120 minutes of your life you will never get back watching it.

@Validation.mama
I find the movie utterly fake, the story is so porous, and doesn't explain the brutality.
It reminds me of those childhood action movies. The guy is captured, and could have been killed, but wait, there has to be another part... Police get him killing people, they turn away... So off for all the praise the movie has picked up

"These are fine," Ian told himself after reading all of it with much weight holding him down—the weight of responsibility for the movie.
Afterall, he believed that every hard work deserved its own results.
