He eyed Alex finally with a cold look in his eyes.
"Those ghosts might have fed her something in the powder room. Do you think we should investigate it?" he asked with a raised brow with a smirk on his face. He was no fool to believe that ghosts had come to meet his mother.
"Sure, go ahead. You can check everything you want. I have nothing to fear." Leo narrowed his eyes but Alex did not flinch. His eyes were clear as water.
"Leo it would be better that you check for the maids too. I have no reason to kill your mother." he exclaimed when Leo laughed as if he had heard a great joke.
"If not you, who had the motto to kill my mother, Alex? You were silent so far but the incident of ghosts happened the moment you were crowned. Do you think we all are fools?" He walked closer to the person who used to be his brother, the person closest to his heart, "even if you had some grievance, don't you think you are handling it with cruelty?"
