Ethan paused. He did not know what had happened himself but Amber was not poisoned in reality.
"Lia.." he held her in his arms and tried to calm her but she kept crying and kept holding him.
"Take me to meet her. I.. she! I…" words were hardly coming out of her mouth when he nodded.
He did not have the heart to hurt her.
"Alright. Come with me. We will go and see what has happened, alright?" only then she did not her head as he helped her in entering the carriage under the baffled gaze of their knights.
He held her as she kept hugging him until the carriage started. When she finally realized what she was doing, she let him go immediately.
"Lia, I do not know what happened there but I want to tell you that Alex loves Oliver too much. He would not hurt her. But if you interfere, things might go haywire." but she shook her head.
