Alex was still waiting in his room while pacing around. He still did not get any traces of Tavern and Ophi except that they were in the market.
He had sent troops but no one had seen them. No one knows anything about them. They had only stall for time by the act, but if Ophi was not found, they had to do something about Gabi.
He rubbed his forehead as he took a deep breath but he did not know what to do anymore. If he left by himself, she would be alert.
He was sure that eyes were kept on him and Oli. Just as he was about to turn, he heard the creaking on the door and his head snapped towards the fireplace.
"Leave the room, I want to rest." he commanded when the knights stared at each other but left the room in silence.
Once done, he closed the door and then walked towards the fireplace and opened the secret door which only he could open.
His face filled with relief when he saw Tavern entering with Ophelia.
