Ophi was about to jump out of the washroom when she heard painful shrieks from the room and paused. It felt like they were suffering from pain.
She flinched at the voices of groaning and pain when she heard Tavern!
She could not be wrong about this voice. It was him! He had come to save her.
She ran to hold him and cry. She swore that she would never dare to order food from the streets again. Forget about streets, she would not eat at inns too.
She would only eat what Tavern will offer. Sigh.. was she missing him so much that she was hallucinating?
She shook her head as she walked out of the washroom with caution when she heard him again.
This time, there was no doubt, she was sure that he was here.
She ran towards the room and her eyes widened when she saw Tavern throwing the man on the wall.
The man flew in the air like he weighed nothing and fell with a strong sound of thud.
