"Are you still angry with me?" the woman pouted her lips but did not stand up.
Then she shook her head and leaned on the sofa.
"It has been a long time since you came back, I am not going to leave that easy." her chin raised high in the air when she felt the narrowed eyes of Alex on her.
Her expressions did not change even when the gaze turned piercing.
That kind of pressure seemed to freeze the surrounding air.
"Are you still upset about our last conversation? It has been years. If you want, we can reconcile over dinner!" the voice felt eerie to Oli who shifted her weight from one to another feet and let the plate of snacks go.
She was still lying on the sofa spreading over it. But the woman did not seem to notice her presence.
She was staring at Alex and talking to him as if they were the only two in the room.
