Tao Zhi didn't recognize Feng Jiao and simply nodded in response to Feng Jiao's greeting, "Oh, hello."
Feng Jiao was not quite satisfied with Tao Zhi's attitude. He asked, "Does Chief Tao not remember me? I attended your wedding with my dad, and I was standing right beside him and even talked to you then. Don't you remember?"
During the wedding, Tao Zhi had met many people he had never seen before, and after the wedding concluded, he had not contacted those individuals. As a result, he didn't recognize most of them. Had there not been subsequent business dealings, Tao Zhi would not have made the effort to connect with these people. He could not answer Feng Jiao's question.
"I'm sorry, but I don't have a strong impression of you," Tao Zhi said with a smile. "Could you tell me your father's name? Maybe then I'll be able to remember."
