Ten minutes after the intermission, and after Nami looking at Akio, confused, the two finalists descend unto the arena, and it is revealed that there is an automatic barrier, bewildering Akio and Artemis a bit, though Hisako is quick to explain that it was saved for the finals, since it's a one-time barrier.
Now ignoring the fact about the barrier, however, Akio and Hercules power up instantly, awaiting the ring of the bell. As soon as it rings, within milliseconds, Akio and Hercules begin their fight, exchanging swift punches.
Artemis and Jack are the only two that are able to even remotely keep up with their battle, and the latter can barely see them, but nonetheless, they're both amazed at the power currently on display. It is quite obvious that Akio and Hercules are giving it their all, making sure not to leave any part of their power untouched.
