A few days pass, with Akio making little progress with resonating with the planet's core, but his work becomes easier, as Hercules, Ace and Jack are all by his side. Ace and Jack watch over the core's stability, while Akio jumps in, and Hercules was originally there for emotional support, but he saw something within Akio changing as soon as he touched the core.
Shortly after Akio was rejected again, Hercules grabs him.
"Akio, I saw.. something."
"Hm? What'd you see?"
"Something within you.. and the core.."
Akio's eyes widen, as Hercules continues to explain that the core reacted to Akio's magic, and both it and his soul glowed, with Akio starting to come to a realization.
"Wait.. the soul.. houses the cores to one's magic, and the Earth's core is practically made of magic.."
