The people of Aisgarth filled the palace, expecting to see the nymph who was previously in a relationship with their High Lord. It had been a long time since Queen Heloise had been in Aisgarth and they were curious if she had really gained her current status by getting the favor of the Red King.
When her envoy arrived, most of them sneered inwardly seeing how lavish her appearance was. It was different from what she used to be when she had been living here. With a crown on her head, Queen Heloise lifted her head and allowed the long train of her dress to flow behind her as she walked.
"So she agreed to become the Red King's consort just to become a minor royal of a small land?"
It wasn't a secret that Queen Heloise had abandoned the High Lord of Aisgarth in order to gain a favor and had a short lived affair with the Red King.
