Ming Kai was sitting with Yu Rui, taking his time to enjoy the flavor of wine on his tongue. "I must say, humans have their ways to enjoy the limited life they have got." Ming Kai said, taking another sip from his flute and looking at his sworn brother.
Yu Rui simply sat there, taking his sips of wine and seeing the humans dancing around. He never understood what made them so happy every day when the lives of humans have always been full of suffering.
"You have always wandered amidst the humans, Yu Rui. Have you ever felt tempted to live their lives?" Suddenly Ming Kai asked and that made Yu Rui turn his head to him with his brows tugged in confusion.
When Ming Kai took note of his expression, he laughed and then added, "Don't look at me like that or you will make me feel guilty."
